data collection plan

Through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews to prove the truth, and I will divide my first-hand data collections into to two subject groups.
For female managers, the questions will focus on asking if they really use the similar skills of dealing with their children to their staffs. What kind of skills? Dose it works out?
For the employments part, I will ask them do they feel their female managers who have children performance better than those who do not have children, or do their female managers have conspicuous change after they have children?

That sounds good, but roughly who would you interview? How do you find enough interviewees (female managers & employees)? Would it be difficult to know whether a manager has children? Maybe you could mention a little bit more.
