Three Years Old Coach
Thesis statement: As married female managers, the experience of raising their
children can strengthen their leading ability rather than diminishing
their competitiveness in accordance with the similar skills between
bringing up their children and leading their staffs.
I. Demolish the stereotype of career girls by showing the investigation results.
A. In foreign countries, the WordWit points out 80 percent of 40000 interviewees
tend to follow those female managers who have children, because their better
patience, listening skill and time management abilities.
B. In Taiwan, an investigation done by Business weekly shows that within 14
high-class managers, more than of them feel through the experience of raising
children, they obtain more working inspirations and management abilities.
II. The Family and Leader Three theory support the investigation results.
A. The author Stephen R. Covey is one of the most influential person chosen by
Times. He is not only a successful businessman but also a father of nigh
children and a grandfather of 45 grandchildren.
B. He figured out the Family and Leader Three theory in accordance with his
experiences, and the three can be constructed by four parts—teaching,
organizing, mentoring and modeling.
III. Through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews to prove the truth, and I will divide my first-hand data collections into to two subject groups.
A. For female managers, the questions will focus on asking if they really use the similar skills of dealing with their children to their
staffs. What kind of skills? Dose it works out?
B.For the employments part, I will ask them do they feel their female managers who have children performance better than those who
do not have children, or do their female managers have conspicuous change after they have children?
IV. Find real examples in Taiwan through second-hand data.
A. The general management of Google 張程秀, she learned the importance of
being patient through observing her little girl attending her ill grandmother.
B. The general manager of IBM financial industries 高路華, she comprehended
how to manipulate the distinguish features of each one within her working
group through her raising experience of her twins children.
V. Find real examples in foreign countries through second-hand data.
