data collection plan

Through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews to prove the truth, and I will divide my first-hand data collections into to two subject groups.
For female managers, the questions will focus on asking if they really use the similar skills of dealing with their children to their staffs. What kind of skills? Dose it works out?
For the employments part, I will ask them do they feel their female managers who have children performance better than those who do not have children, or do their female managers have conspicuous change after they have children?

It is really a hard task for career women, but through this kind of experience, they become more mature and highly resist compression. Therefore, rather than becoming obstacles of their career life, married women who have children should be more competitive both in Tiawan and foreign countries, because through raising children they can obtain some essential abilities of interpersonal related works not only with basic but also high level jobs. Most enterprises considered that after women become mothers, because they have had to take responsible for taking care their children, they possess higher fidelity and strong responsibility which are important considerations of enterprises when they hire high-level managers.
